Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@useemarket.com.

キャンセル

商品が発送または製造される前に注文をキャンセルすることができます。注文がキャンセルされた場合、全額返金いたします。商品がすでに発送されている場合は、キャンセルできません。

返品（該当する場合）

商品を返品することができます。お客様は、商品を受け取ってから14日以内に返品を申請する権利があります。返品を受け付けるためには、商品が未使用で、受け取った状態と同じである必要があります。また、元の包装に入っている必要があります。返品を完了するためには、領収書または購入証明が必要です。購入品をメーカーに返送しないでください。お客様には、送料（返品を含む）が1回だけ請求されます。商品の返品に対して再入荷手数料は請求しません。

お客様の都合で返品する場合は、送料はお客様の負担となります。送料の具体的な金額は、お選びいただく配送会社によって異なります。

当社の理由で受け取った商品が破損している、または不正確である場合は、送料を負担する必要はありません。

返金（該当する場合）

返品が受領され、検査された後、受領の通知をメールでお送りします。また、返金の承認または拒否についても通知いたします。承認された場合は、返金が処理され、クレジットカードまたは元の支払い方法に自動的にクレジットが適用されます。処理には7日以内かかります。

返金の遅延または未着（該当する場合）

返金を受け取っていない場合は、まず再度銀行口座を確認してください。次に、クレジットカード会社に連絡してください。返金が公式に記載されるまでに時間がかかることがあります。その後、銀行に連絡してください。返金が記載されるまでに処理時間がかかることがあります。すべての手続きを行ってもまだ返金を受け取っていない場合は、support@useemarket.com までご連絡ください。
